London: Being Vegan in the Capital
Ranked by Happy Cow as number one in the top 10 vegan-friendly cities in the world, London currently has 161 fully vegan restaurants and over 350 fully vegan establishments. I try to visit London at least once a year and visit as many vegan spots as possible. This has quickly become the highlight of each year seeing the advancement in veganism year on year. That's why I'm obsessed with having breakfast at Kin Cafe, everything Unity Diner has to offer, the burgers from Bang on Burgers and Neat Burger and celebrating Veganuary at Franco Manca

Going Ultra-Processed Free as a Vegan
For the month of January, I went ultra-processed free, and it was… hard. As a rule of thumb, if I didn’t have the ingredients at home it was ultra-processed. This led me to cut out fake meat, biscuits, crisps, fizzy drinks and hardest of all mass-produced bread. I also cut out most oils except for extra virgin olive oil and sesame oil. After one month of doing this, I must be honest, I felt lighter on my feet, less bloated, less tired and each meal seemed to fill me for longer.
